    Braise the semolina in the ghee for about 10-12 minutes on medium heat or until light pink

    Add Elachi seeds

    Beat together milk, sugar and eggs. Add to the semolina and mix well to ensure no lumps

    Cover and let it simmer on low heat until soft

    If you wish, drizzle dessert cream over and decorate with badams. Enjoy:)
