200 g chopped Milk chocolate
125 g chopped Butter
3 eggs
1 cup castor sugar
1/2 cup Milo
1/2 cup all-purpose-flour
To serve Whipped cream
To serve Cadbury dark chocolate

    For a decadent treat, try these gooey Milo brownies made with milk chocolate.

    Preheat oven to 160C/140C fan forced. Grease a square 20cm (base measurement) cake pan and line the base and sides with baking paper, allowing the paper to overhang on 2 sides.

    Place the chocolate and butter in a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Stir with a metal spoon until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is well combined. Set aside to cool slightly.

    Whisk the eggs and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk in the chocolate mixture, then gently fold in the Milo and flour. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Bake for 40 minutes or until just set. Set aside to cool in the pan.

    Use the paper to lift the brownie out of the pan and transfer to a chopping board. Cut into 16 pieces. Dust with extra Milo. Top with cream and melted chocolate.
